How to Deactivate or Delete Your Account
How can I deactivate or delete my account?
You can delete your account by contacting Link Concierge or by following the close account steps within the app.
Contact Link Concierge
Call 866-303-1876 to speak with a Link Concierge agent who would be happy to assist you. We’re ready to answer technical questions or resolve any concerns you have with your device or service.Â
Close Account In the App
- Tap Settings
- Select Plan Management
- Tap Close Account and follow the prompts to completely close your account.
Note: As part of this process, you will be asked if you'd like to save your account profiles and data to reactivate at a later time. Selecting "no" will delete all account data effective immediately.
Important Note Regarding Multi-Dog Accounts
If you need to remove one or more dogs from a multi-dog account, please contact Link Concierge at 866-303-1876 or support@linkmypet.com. Proceeding to close your account will cancel ALL dogs on your account and deactivate all associated devices and dog profiles. Â
Notice of Data Loss
When you close your account, you lose access to the data you’ve collected during your time using Link along with important service features. This includes:
- Accrued activity data and streaksÂ
- Exercise goals and accomplishmentsÂ
- Stored vet records and remindersÂ
- Completed adventuresÂ
- Real-time GPS tracking capabilitiesÂ
- Activity monitoring and health metricsÂ
- LinkVet symptom analysis tool & televet serviceÂ
- 24/7 pet poison hotlineÂ
